PartnersEvan Hutchison Evan worked as a Regional Director in New Hampshire on Wesley Clark's presidential nomination bid. During the remainder of the cycle, he served as State Director of the Young Voter Project (aka "VoteMob") in Ohio where he managed a staff of 70 operatives across offices and campuses in Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati in 2004. He utilized a beta version of VoterScape, built by Brendan Colthurst, which he has continued to develop with Justin Miranda, both classmates from Columbia University. Evan is enrolled in the Harvard Kennedy School of Government MPA program and is a recipient of the Public Service Fellowship. Evan has worked as a consultant and manager on a range of projects, including: * Strategic Consultant & Steering Committee Member, Downtown for Democracy's 2004 Swing State Activism program His work in Ohio during the 2004 Presidential Election and postmortem analysis were featured in IFC's acclaimed documentary "So Goes the Nation"(trailer). Ed Chen Ed Chen has worked in the financial markets and was a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, before being professionally certified as an Qualified Adwords Individual. Ed has managed over 8 adwords accounts, some with budgets of over a hundred thousand dollars a quarter. He develops code to maximize user experience as well as proprietary algorithms for ad placement. In addition, Ed developed data-driven finance strategies for both VoteVets and the Paul Newell for Assembly campaign; and has created and managed start-up ventures in education and online retail. Ed is a Presidential Scholar Nominee, and graduate of Columbia University. Justin Miranda Justin is an experienced open source and proprietary developer. He has been integral in the development of OpenMRS, an open-source medical record system that will be used in hospitals and clinics in developing countries. He has contributed to the development of their Concept dictionary, a system for generating forms and structuring data in complex and dynamic environments. Justin is a 2000 graduate of the Columbia School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
